[Kernel-meetup] Kernel meetup - Poll for august meetup

Here's the poll for the August meetup:

As discussed on the list before, the August meetup will be held at 
AISSMS College of Engineering.  Anuj and I will talk about the RISC-V 
instruction set architecture and its support in the kernel and toolchain.

Apurva, please vote on behalf of the college as well for dates that the 
venue is available.  We will use that as a filter for the dates during 
the vote.
