[Kernel-meetup] Poll for December meetup

Hello folks,

Sorry about the delay, but here's the poll for the December meetup,

SP Robotics Kothrud has volunteered to host the meetup at their space if
the dates match.  It would be nice to have a backup venue as well so
please ask your company/college about it.  We typically only need a
projector and space to sit.

The agenda is kinda open, but I can talk about luajit and JIT compilers
in general if there are no other takers.
