[Kernel-meetup] Meet-up April 2019

Hello,

Based on availability of maximum attendees we got four dates. 
Considering availability of regular attendees, 28th April is 
final date. Still we have to decide on venue.

Siddhesh, Can we have the meetup in ReserveBit? 

Feel free to propose topic and also venue to host the meetup.
