This looks like a decent template to start with.  All this leaves now is
the venue because there's a schedule conflict at reserved-bit.  Pankaj
were you able to book a room for 26th?  It may be that there's another
event happening at Red Hat that might prevent us from getting a usable
room on Sunday.  If others know of a good place to hold a meetup on that
day then please feel free to pitch in with suggestions as well.
